The national convenience services association, NAMA, will be holding a webinar on February 14, 2019 at 2pm, Eastern time. The Webinar is titled: "Setting the Standard: Identifying Metrics for Continuous Operational Improvement." Ben White, Implementation Specialist for Crane Connectivity Solutions will be taking attendees through the art and science of metrics, explaining what they are and how to choose the best metrics for an organization. The webinar will include creating clearly defined measurable objectives as well. Cost is $39 for NAMA members and $79 for nonmembers. Registration is online.
