NAMA Foundation 2017 NAMA Scholars Annouced

(CHICAGO) September 1, 2017 – The NAMA Foundation announced today the four recipients of its annual NAMA Scholars scholarship program.

The NAMA Scholars program is designed exclusively for senior-level NAMA members interested in broadening their industry knowledge and leadership skills through NAMA's education programs. This year, the Foundation is awarding four scholarships to NAMA’s Executive Development Program at Michigan State University, including one scholarship supported by NAMA's Emerging Leaders Network (ELN).

The 2017 NAMA Scholars are:

· Stephanie Kull, Director – Communications & Media Relations, Vendors Exchange International, Inc.

· Lori Puri -- Marketing Manager, Corporate Essentials

· Devin Smith -- Director of Product and Brand Development, All Star Services, Inc.

· Shane Prebenda (ELN Scholarship) – Operations, Channels & FP&A Manager, Cantaloupe Systems

The four recipients will each be awarded full program scholarships to EDP and will be reimbursed for travel up to $500. Each award is valued at $3,975.

“We were very impressed with the pool of candidates this year, and the breadth and scope of their experience and engagement in industry leadership and service,” said Terri Bruce, Director of the NAMA Foundation. “The selection committee is confident that the experience and potential these four individuals bring to the table will be an enriching contribution to this highly-prestigious program.”

The NAMA Scholars program is funded annually through voluntary contributions made to the NAMA Foundation.
