Treat America / Company Kitchen Acquire St. Louis, MO- based Harris & Pipkin

Treat America Limited, d.b.a. Company Kitchen is pleased to announce it has acquired the assets and operations of Harris & Pipkin, Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri.

Harris & Pipkin has a long history as a successful provider of vending services in St. Louis and nearby communities. Jim Harris, owner of Harris and Pipkin is pleased to be retiring, while his son, Dan Harris is excited to be the General Manager of the St. Louis “distribution” division for Company Kitchen. The company has retained all Harris & Pipkin team members.

Company Kitchen provides cafe, catering, micro-market, commissary, vending and office coffee service directly to clients in 22 states, and extends services throughout the United States via a network of 60 brand operating partners. The CK mobile app has been widely adopted by Company Kitchen consumers.

Adviser on the transaction was Marc Rosset, founder and president of Professional Vending Consultants, a specialized intermediary for acquisitions of full-line vending and office coffee service companies in the U.S. and Canada. PVC has represented more than 300 transactions with gross sales value of over $770 million since 1995.
