A business in Quincy, IL has released security footage of two people using a crow bar to break into a Pepsi vending machine, reports WGEM News. This is the second time these alleged thieves have robbed this vending machine, taking the bills, but leaving the change. The source also reports thefts of other businesses as well, suspected to be related to the pair in the video footage.
