An executive for Bumble Bee Foods, Walter Scott Cameron, has agreed to plead guilty to one felony charge for fixing prices on canned tuna from 2011 to 2013, according to the Wall Street Journal. Cameron reportedly engaged in discussions and meetings with employees at other seafood-producing companies and agreed to "fix, raise and maintain the prices of packaged seafood" sold to U.S. customers, the source reports.

He has reportedly agreed to pay a criminal fine and cooperate in the investigation.
