Authorities in Biloxi, MS, arrested a man who had in his possession several tools used to burglarize vending machines, according to Sun Herald. Police found a one-dollar and five-dollar laminated bill, as well as wire snips, a flashlight and screwdrivers on the suspect. Laminated bills are commonly used to steal from vending machines, the source reports.
The suspect was arrested on a charge of possession of burglary and larceny tools.
