Employment Organization Recognizes New York Vendor

Syracuse, N.Y.-based American Food & Vending Co. was honored by Career Connections, the employment division of the Herkimer ARC with a “Works for Me” award for a diverse workforce, according to Herkimer Telegram. The company and its employee, William Jaquish, received the New York State Office for People with a Developmental Disabilities “Works for Me” award to recognize a business that hires people with disabilities and to honor the contributions of a valued employee.
