Study: Chocolate Can Improve Brain Health

In a recent study, drinking hot chocolate was shown to improve memory and blood flow to the brain by 8 percent among elderly participants with reduced blood flow, according to the Chicago Tribune. There was no difference in performance between flavanol-rich and flavanol-poor chocolate. Full article
