Food Prices Expected To Rise In 2013

While the drought pushed up prices, food costs rose only 2.6 percent in 2012, less than the 3.7 percent growth in 2011, according to CNBC. The USDA expects a continued rise in prices in 2013 with a 3 to 4 percent increase in overall food inflation. Full article.
