Apriva announced that Bill Ramsey, the company's vice president and general manager for mobile payments, will participate at the Money2020 Conference, set for Oct. 22 to 24 at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Ramsey's panel session, "Many Roads to Wallet: Mind-share and Market-share", is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 2:40 pm.
In the session, Ramsey is expected to discuss a number of strategies that both providers and merchants can use to deliver rich mobile commerce services to consumers. Among the topics that will be covered include a comparison of NFC (Near Field Communications) and cloud-based offerings, suggestions for integrating multiple services, such as loyalty, marketing and fulfillment, and an overview of security and compliance issues.
"The Money2020 Expo attracts the key thought leaders, providers, and channel partners that are in the midst of shaping the mobile commerce landscape," said Stacey Finley Tappin, vice president of sales and marketing for Apriva, in a prepared statement. "We are delighted that Bill has been invited to participate in this prestigious event, and expect that his vision, expertise and passion will resonate well with this audience."
