After years of partnership with Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF), a leading organization for developing talent in the foodservice industry, ARAMARK Corp. is taking its partnership to new levels, becoming a catalyst partner of WFF. The partnership is a tremendous display of support for WFF’s mission in advancing women leaders.

“Our move to become a catalyst with Women’s Foodservice Forum is an extension of our core beliefs as a company,” says Gary Crompton, president, business dining of ARAMARK, in a prepared statement. “Diverse leadership teams lead to stronger companies and more engaged employees. WFF is the leading organization in advocating for gender parity and developing diversity in the workplace, and we are pleased to partner with them.”

ARAMARK’s higher level of involvement will be critical in supporting initiatives to attract, retain and develop talented women. ARAMARK joins The Coca-Cola Co. as the second of two organizations at the catalyst.

“With the support of the world’s most admired companies such as ARAMARK, the WFF is able to catapult our mission of advancing women leaders, driving growth for individuals and organizations,” says WFF President and CEO Fritzi Woods. “Our partners enable us to turn the vision of WFF into reality.”
