Feds Charge Janesville, Wis. Vending Operator With Embezzling Money From Employee Pension Fund

The U.S. Department of Justice has charged David R. Biggerstaff, who was the president of Premier Vending, Inc., formerly known as Owen Vending, Inc. in Janesville, and was the trustee for the company's pension plan with embezzling from an employee pension benefit plan from October 2007 through January 2009, according to WMTV-TV in Madison, Wis.
