A St. Louis Circuit Court Judge dismissed a lawsuit Coin Acceptors Inc. filed in December 2008 alleging legal malpractice in a big patent infringement case after the company was ordered to pay nearly $27 million in a patent litigation case involving McLean, Va.-based Mars Inc.
