Massachusetts State Lawmaker O’Connell, Who Helped Cap Machine Fee, Tours New England Ice Cream Facility

Massachusetts State Rep. Shaunna O’Connell, R-Taunton, who filed an amendment to the House’s budget that capped vending fee increases at 100 percent per year, limiting the department of public health to raising the fee to only $6 in fiscal year 2013, recently toured the New England Ice Cream facility located in the Myles Standish Industrial Park as part of her efforts to promote small business in the commonwealth.
