Advanced Vending Systems, Inc. and Florida Fresh Vending, LLC announced merger of Advanced Vending Systems’ Florida operation with Florida Fresh Vending. The combined operations will conduct business from offices in Tampa, Plant City and Orlando, Fla. The combined entity will be led by industry veteran, Dennis Thornton, who operates from the Ringgold, Ga. office and Paul Plante who leads the Florida operations. The company will operate under the name, Florida Fresh Vending in the State of Florida. Advanced Vending Systems is based in Ringgold, Ga. with operations in Knoxville and Chattanooga Tenn., along with Atlanta and Griffin, Ga.
Advanced Vending Systems and Florida Fresh Vending combined serve over 1,000 customers, operating 30 routes and delivers vending, office refreshments, and micro market services in three states.
