Aug. 4, 2011

Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. announced that Carolyn Ross, vice president of investor relations, will assume leadership of the company’s investor relations function, reporting directly to CFO Marty Ellen.

The move comes as Aly Noormohamed, senior vice president of finance, has been named senior vice president and business unit general manager – warehouse direct. He will report to Rodger Collins, president of packaged beverages for DPS. Noormohamed, whose previous experience includes senior finance roles for PricewaterhouseCoopers and PepsiCo, will begin his new role effective immediately.

We appreciate Aly’s recognized leadership of our corporate planning, investor relations and treasury functions over the past three-and-a-half years, and we know he’s the right person to maximize the growth potential of our warehouse direct business.”
