Elliot Maras, editor of Automatic Merchandiser, notes in his blog that with the deadline for commenting on the calorie disclosure rules less than a week away, vending operators should consider posting their comments about the proposed regulation. He notes that while no one can say what will be required, once the rules are finalized, they will be hard to change.
