Vending/Coffee Service 101 Returns To National Automatic Merchandising Association OneShow, April 27 To 29 In Chicago

The National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) announced that its popular "Vending/Coffee Service 101" program is back by popular demand and will be offered at the NAMA OneShowSM to be held in Chicago at McCormick Place North Wednesday-Friday, April 27 to 29.

Vic Pemberton, president of Pepi Food Service and NAMA's 2007 Vending Operator of the Year, will lead this informative and interactive session on Friday, April 29, from 8 to 10 a.m. Areas for discussion include route and warehouse management, sales and customer service, technology, coffee service, foodservice and vending services. Some of the topics include "What Motivates Employees," and "What are the Keys to a Profitable Operation."
