U.S. Foodservice Inc. Buys Facility In Memphis, Tenn.

U.S. Foodservice Inc., the Rosemont Ill.- based foodservice distribution giant, has closed on its purchase of a 385,000-square-foot industrial building in Memphis, Tenn. from a Belz Realty Co.-led partnership for $10 million, or about $26 per square foot, according to Costar Group, a real estate information supplier.
