ITC Systems Names Jacqueline Brouillard Vice President Of Operations

ITC Systems has named Jacqueline Brouillard to the position of vice president of operations, according to company founder and CEO Campbell Richardson.

ITC Systems provides card-based transaction solutions to organizations based primarily in North America.

Richardson said Brouillard will build on existing strengths to further enhance production efficiency and customer service.

"Jacqueline brings solid career experience and an impressive skill set to her new role at ITC Systems," Richardson said in a prepared statement. "We're all energized by the strengths she adds to our company. While her main role will be to oversee daily operations and the management of company workflow and processes, she has a wide range of competencies that will add value to many aspects of the organization."

Brouillard has more than 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of management positions; previous employers have included Suncor Energy and DuPont Canada and prior to joining ITC Systems, she was general manager of Jana Laboratories.

Brouillard has won awards for innovation, business sustainability and safety excellence and she is an active member of The Executive Committee (TEC), a global organization dedicated to fostering business leadership and excellence. A graduate of the University of Ottawa's chemical engineering program, Brouillard also holds a number of professional designations, including Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and Six Sigma Green Belt.

"I'd like to invite all members of the ITC Systems network to join me in welcoming Jacqueline to our team," Campbell added. "We're proud and excited to have her join us and we're all looking forward to a future that is even more productive and positive as a result of her efforts."
