A high school student in Shreveport, La. has conducted a study identifying a link between energy drinks and obesity among her teens that has qualified her to enter the Young Epidemiology Scholars Competition, which gives finalists a shot at college scholarships worth thousands of dollars, according to The Shreveport Times.
