Pierre Foods is rolling out its latest innovation in packaged foods, the Blue Stone Grill line of packaged sandwiches. The offering is aimed at consumers who enjoy the home-style flavor of fresh, hot-off-the-grill foods or spicy breaded meats. Five sandwiches are in the new lineup: Honey BBQ Pork, Beef Charbroil with Cheese, Bacon Charbroil with Cheese, Buffalo Breaded Chicken (topped with a zesty buffalo ranch sauce), and the Spicy Breaded Fish with Cheese.
Each sandwich is placed on a deli-style, black square tray, then over-wrapped in a clear film printed with eye-catching graphics. Blue Stone Grill sandwiches are served on Pierre's classic, bakery-fresh, microwaveable buns.
