NERSA plans for record turnout for operators and suppliers at 2026 event

NERSA plans what it expects to be its biggest networking weekend yet for operators, suppliers and technology providers in downtown Portsmouth.

The New England Refreshment Services Association has scheduled its 2026 spring outing for June 4-7 at the Sheraton Hotel in Portsmouth, N.H.

The annual weekend event draws refreshment services operators, suppliers, brokers, distributors, equipment manufacturers and technology companies from across the country, according to the association. NERSA expects the 2026 gathering to be its largest turnout yet.

Regional association events like the NERSA outing remain key forums for in-person networking in vending, micro market and office coffee service. The organizers' move to a larger New England resort signals continued growth and engagement among refreshment services operators and suppliers. The announcement follows what NERSA described as its biggest spring weekend to date, held earlier this year in Newport, R.I.

The Portsmouth outing will include an area with supplier product displays, a business meeting and multiple networking and social activities. Planned events include a historic tour, craft brewery party, evening cruise, shopping, golf and live music.

The association said more detailed information on the 2026 outing, including sponsorship opportunities, will be shared in the coming months.
