Kraft Foods' Frank Guzzone Touts NAMA Gratitute Tour As Success With Gen Y

Frank Guzzone, business development manager of strategy and innovation, Kraft Foods, tells Emily Refermat, managing editor of Automatic Merchandiser and VendingMarketWatch that the Gratitude Tour has been a success. Having toured all seven cities with the DijiTouch machine, he noticed Generation Y was impressed with the event and receptive to the touchscreen machines, many able to walk right up and use them with instructions.
