    AirVote is a contactless method to gather immediate, anonymous customer feedback. Place the AirVote sticker or poster with a service-related question you want to ask your customer and three QR smileys on your vending machine. One contactless scan with a smartphone from your customer registers a vote on-the-go: happy, okay or sad, optional anonymous comment. Customers who voted happy are offered to leave a review on social media. AirVote users have access to a central dashboard of feedback data with simple analytics. It helps quickly solve little problems before they become big problems.
