Wallingford Coffee was an Ohio-based independent coffee roaster. S&D Coffee acquired Wallingford Coffee Mills in March 2019. Westrock Coffee agreed to acquire S&D Coffee & Tea from Cott in 2020 for $405 million.
In 2022, Westrock and S&D began operating under one brand name: Westrock Coffee.
