PicoCoffee launches in U.S. for office coffee service operators

365 Retail Markets introduces PicoCoffee, a single cashless checkout point that lets micro market customers buy coffee and nearby micro market items in one transaction.

PicoCoffee is now available in the United States, offering office coffee service and micro market operators a unified, cashless checkout option for tabletop coffee stations and nearby market items.

Developed by 365 Retail Markets, the brewer and POS device functions as a single payment point for automatic tabletop coffee machines and surrounding micro market products, allowing consumers to purchase a coffee, snack or cold beverage in one transaction on a single screen. By consolidating payments at the coffee station, the system eliminates the need for consumers to use separate payment devices and helps reduce congestion in busy break areas.

For operators, the unified cart creates an opportunity to increase transaction value by placing snacks, breakfast items, and cold beverages within easy reach of the coffee machine. The 5” touchscreen displays the cart contents and streamlines the customers' check-out process. Operators can use the screen to promote featured products, run bundled coffee-and-snack offers or present meal deals that pair coffee with food at a special price.

PicoCoffee is designed specifically for unattended office coffee service and micro market environments. All transactions and data from PicoCoffee are managed through b654 Retail Markets’ Connected Campus platform, providing operators with a consolidated view of activity across coffee vending and micro market channels. According to the company, this unified reporting is intended to simplify oversight, reduce administrative work and help operators better track performance across locations.

The system is built for quick deployment, using a custom tabletop stand and plug-and-play setup that does not require additional fixtures or complex installation.
