Gaviña Coffee introduces limited-edition seasonal flavors inspired by dessert favorites

Don Francisco’s Coffee, the premium brand of Gaviña Coffee Co., has introduced two new limited-edition flavors for the fall season: Maple Pecan and Caramel Spiced Rum. Both blends are crafted from 100% Arabica beans and have a smooth, medium roast that can bring seasonal flavor innovation and excitement to OCS clients.

The new offerings join the brand’s Savor Our Flavors collection, which includes varieties such as Vanilla Nut, Hawaiian Hazelnut and Pumpkin Spice. According to Lisette Gaviña Lopez, fourth-generation roaster at Gaviña Coffee, the brand continues to innovate with seasonal blends that reflect consumer demand for dessert-inspired flavors.

Recent data from the consumer-focused DoorDash Fall Flavor Trends Report supports this direction, showing pecan as the fastest-growing fall flavor. Seasonal flavor innovation continues to drive interest in OCS, retail, and micro market coffee programs.
