Bruvi said it has raised $7 million in pre-series A funding for its multi-beverage and multi-brand single-serve coffee system as of Aug. 31.
This brings Los Angeles-based Bruvi's total capital raised since its startup in 2018 to $10.8 million. In July 2020, Bruvi closed $2.2 million in seed round funding.
The company said it will use the funds to pay for manufacturing, software development, brewer inventory and digital advertising expenses, as it prepares for preorders in November and national launch in Q1 2022.
Bruvi brews sustainably sourced filter coffee, espresso, matcha lattes, Americanos and cold brew from a single capsule system.
