Quench acquires Get Filtered, a point-of-use drinking water provider in Texas

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – Quench announced this week that it has acquired Get Filtered Inc., a provider of point-of-use drinking water systems with operations throughout Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Get Filtered was founded in 2008 and has more than 1,200 customers in Texas. With more than 60,000 customers, Quench, a Culligan company, is a leading provider of filtered (bottleless) water solutions for businesses and dealer partners in the United States and Canada. It’s headquartered in King of Prussia, Pa. Get Filtered is the company’s first acquisition of 2021 and ninth in the past year.

"This transaction adds substantial density to our existing customer base in Texas and is consistent with our mission to deliver great water and outstanding customer service to our customers,” said Quench chief operating officer Todd Peterson.
