Dunkin' And Starbucks Announce Safety And Delivery Operations Changes Due To COVID-19

Restaurants and cafes are among those businesses that are taking steps to limit services to protect employees because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dunkin' announced service restrictions that will put into play today in a press release this morning. Starbucks' EVP and president of U.S. company-operated business and Canada announced on March 15 the company is moving to a "'to go' model" in both countries for at least two weeks.

Both companies announced they are stopping seating for customers and keeping delivery and mobile ordering available, among other news.
