The National Coffee Association Coffee Summit, which took place Oct. 28 to Oct. 30, was dedicated to sustainability discussions and issues facing the coffee industry, according to The Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA). The SCAA’s Director of Sustainability Kim Elena discussed speakers and education as highlights of the event.
