Peralta (Navarra), 15 September 2015—Jofemar Vending has participated with a wide variety of technological solutions for the vending industry in the Brazilian trade fair Expovending & OCS 2015, one of the biggest events regarding OCS and vending machines in Latin America. The event, promoted by the Brazilian Association of Vending (ABVA), was held on 9 and 10 September at the Anhembi Conference Centre in Sao Paulo (Brazil).
Jofemar showed the first prototype of its new 'table-top' coffee machine, expected to be launched on the first quarter of 2016. With compact dimensions, the G23 highlighted its innovative features and a modern and elegant design, in line with the Bluetec range. It equips the Jofemar espresso coffee group, a motorized water distributor and an aluminum boiler which, as a novelty, incorporates thermal insulation that improves the energy efficiency of the machine, in addition to a capacitive keypad and graphic display. With a capacity of 100 tablets with presence detection and removable after opening the machine, the G23 features three canisters for soluble and one for grain, two whippers and it is fitted to equip coin mechanism and card reader.
This new model is the result of the Office Coffee project (0011-1365-2015-000156) approved by the Government of Navarra in the call for aid for R&D in 2015 and 50% financed with FEDER funds through the Operational Program Navarra 2014 2020.
Moreover, Jofemar has also exhibited a wide sample of its developments for the sector, among which they highlighted the Vision and Coffemar Bluetec machines or the pharmacy solutions. Specifically, the Vision range can offer almost any kind of product, from electronics to healthy food items and cosmetics, depending on the customer’s requirements. Manufactured with the most robust materials, these models feature a product delivery elevator, a flexible extraction system patented by Jofemar and all the current technological developments such as banknote readers and telemetry. Attendees were able to see firsthand the functionalities of the Coffeemar Bluetec machine, Jofemar’s flagship for hot drinks, and the Gourmet and IcePlus Food models for unattended selling of precooked and frozen products.
In collaboration with other companies, Jofemar also showed some of his advances in vending machines aimed at the pharmacy and parapharmacy sectors. The exhibition was completed with a specific area dedicated to payment systems developed by the Navarre company, with special presence of the BT-11banknote reader, recently prepared for the acceptance of the new 20 euro banknote, and the J-2000 coin mechanism, which incorporate the most advanced systems for recognition, acceptance of credit and security.
Expovending & OCS, which this year has reached its 13th edition, is one of the most important events of the vending industry and the captive coffee in Brazil and has become the most suitable place to learn about the latest trends in this region and to establish synergies and business opportunities.
