TORONTO, ON and TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Aug 24, 2015) - Cott Corporation today announced that its DS Services Business Unit has closed on its acquisition of Sweet Arrow Springs in central Pennsylvania. Sweet Arrow Springs generated over $2 million in annual revenues and its customers are now receiving their regular bottled water, office coffee, and filtration service directly from a DS Services Route Sales Representative.
Customers are able to order the full line of DS Services bottled drinking water products, as well as a selection of other well-known products offered by DS Services such as its new line of sparkling water choices, Sparkletts® Sparkling and Sparkletts® ice. This acquisition is one of the two asset purchase agreements announced during the second quarter 2015 earnings call.
