Aug. 13, 2015

(CHICAGO) August 12, 2015NAMA announced today that registration is now open for Coffee Tea & Water 2015 (CTW), taking place November 2-4 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

Brimming with new ideas, CTW 2015 will offer valuable networking opportunities, engaging roundtables and in-depth sessions, providing attendees with a variety of business growth ideas.

“CTW is the singular, preeminent event for the coffee service industry, with networking and education specific to the OCS channel,” said Howard Chapman, NAMA Chair.

“This year we are bringing new ideas and new value for CTW participants in terms of business building and identifying growth opportunities. An exciting new element is the addition of Tech Talks – at no extra charge – to Monday morning’s agenda. This is an amazing opportunity to get up to speed on industry-specific technology, including payment solutions, product promotions and consumer interfacing and learn how to leverage it to enhance your business and customer experience,” he continued.

“The popular Quality Coffee Certificate Program (QCCP) will also be available for participants looking to deepen their coffee expertise, with the first workshop taking place Monday morning. I encourage attendees to join us bright and early Monday to take full advantage of all CTW will have to offer.”

In addition to Tech Talks and QCCP, a robust education lineup has been developed with input and feedback from OCS operators and suppliers on their distinct needs, including several sessions created with the small business owner in mind.

CTW 2015 will deliver the latest thinking on topics including:

·       The State of OCS

·       Sustainable Practices

·       Building your Brand with Social Media

·       Online Selling

·       Rewards Programs

·       Single-Cup Technology

Attendees can save $100 by registering by October 9, 2015.
