Study: Green Tea May Boost Working Memory

Drinking green tea may affect parts of the brain linked to working memory, says the first study ever to use functional neuroimaging methods to test the effects of green tea on the brain, according to Nutraingredients News. The new study used magnetic resonance imaging to observe changes in the brain after consuming green tea extracts. Analysis showed those who consumed the extract experienced more activation of the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.  Full article.
