The 2012 National Automatic Merchandising Association CoffeeTea&Water event in New Orleans Nov. 13 to 15 centered around coffee service specific education.

With a 15 percent increase in overall attendance, the show was a blockbuster coffee service event.

(not pictured) Jeb Blount, CEO of SalesGravy.com and speaker, addressed the issue of management in a session entitled People Follow You. Being a veteran salesperson, he believes more than half of all performance problems can be fixed by feedback, mostly neutral feedback (ex: help me understand why you did this?) and positive (ex: I like how you did this?).
