Sugar Foods ‘Enrobed Sugar’ sweeteners and creamers cut calories, increase yield

Westlake Village, CA-based Sugar Foods Corp. is taking the wraps off its N'JOY Enrobed Sugar Products at this week’s 2021 NACS Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place, Oct. 6-8.

A breakthrough enrobing process coats sugar crystals in 100% natural fermented sugar, providing the same sweetness with half the calories and less carbs than traditional sugar-based condiments, flavored syrups and creamer additives.

The result is also better yields with less volume and reduced storage, packaging and waste.
