Founded in 2016 by firefighter and U.S. Navy veteran Luke Schneider, Fire Department Coffee is a veteran-owned business dedicated to handcrafting great-tasting coffee. Its growing assortment of coffee is freshly roasted in Illinois by a team of firefighters, first responders, and coffee experts.
In 2018, FDC established the Fire Dept. Coffee Foundation to give back to first responders who became sick/injured on the job or are facing other serious health challenges.
