MediaPost reports that Global coffee brand Green Mountain Coffee Roasters is partnering with National Geographic for "Mountain Crafted: The Art of Good Coffee." The long-form documentary special will air on National Geographic on June 27 and will be hosted by artist Trek Kelly, who will guide curious viewers through plantations in Costa Rica, explaining how coffee is harvested and the many rituals around the popular beverage.
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters will cross-promote the program by hosting segments from their Cafe in Vermont through Facebook Live streams and Instagram stories before the show's air date. Through this program, Green Mountain hopes to educate viewers about sustainability and inspire their audience to consider their place in the world.
