The year 2019 marked a new high for office coffee service (OCS) with revenues climbing to $5.97 billion, a 4.8% gain over 2018. While the majority (64%) of operators who participated in our annual survey reported that they increased locations served over the previous year, this was a slightly smaller gain than see in last year's results.
