The Coca-Cola Co. announced the launch of a new recipe and packaging design for its Coca-Cola Zero Sugar carbonated cold drink.
Coca-Cola Zero Sugar will still use the same ingredients, and the nutritional information hasn’t changed, but the flavors are said to be “optimized” for “an even more iconic Coke taste.”
A simplified packaging design is anchored by the iconic Coca‑Cola logo and red cues, with black Spencerian script signaling the Zero Sugar variety and “Now More Delicious” messaging highlighting the new formula in the U.S.
The revamped cola drink will be available in the U.S. starting this month with nationwide launches in the U.S. and Canada starting in August. The drink is already on shelves in Europe and Latin America.
Coca-Cola Zero Sugar was introduced in 2005. It was reformulated in 2017 to taste more like regular Coke.
