Nominations for Automatic Merchandiser’s annual 40 Under 40 Awards are now open.

The 40 Under 40 Awards highlight innovators who demonstrate leadership and a commitment to advancing convenience services for vending, micro markets and office coffee service. Celebrating the 40 Under 40 in the convenience services industry is essential to acknowledge and honor the emerging leaders who are shaping the future of vending, micro markets and office coffee services. These young professionals infuse the industry with fresh perspectives, innovative solutions and a commitment to excellence, driving growth and transformation.
Nominees from all industry segments are welcome, including operators, product or equipment distributors, brokers, machine manufacturers, technology and payment system providers, and CPG companies.
To be considered for the award, nominees must be 39 years old or younger as of July 1, 205, to be eligible. Nominations are allowed for previous award winners and will be considered with an updated submission.
Automatic Merchandiser’s 40 Under 40 class of 2025 will be featured in the June/July 2025 issue of Automatic Merchandiser.
