After graduating with a degree in graphic design in 2000, Jennifer ventured into the vending industry with the express intent of a 6-month “trial period” so she could say she tried out the family business. That was 25 years ago. Today Jennifer is President of the company, a leading Chicago area operator, with a focus on customer service and sales. In 2021 Jennifer also launched Dragonolia, a brand of hand roasted coffee with a philanthropic mission in honor of her youngest brother Justin, who died from a heroin overdose in December of 2018. Jennifer and her team oversee multiple vending, coffee service route and micro market routes.
