Hershey Develops Heat Resistant Chocolate

Hershey has filed a patent with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for a method of making heat-stable chocolate, according to Food Navigator. The source notes that the company's new method uses a ‘chocolate dough’ to create heat resistant chocolate without a waxy or dry texture. Full article.
