Washington State Residents Vote Against GMO Labeling Bill

Residents in the state of Washington have rejected Initiative 522, according to RT news. Initiative 522 would have required companies to produce a separate food label stating all genetically modified organisms within the product. The vote came on Nov. 6, 2013 with 35 of 39 counties voting against the bill. Full article.
