AdvancePierre Foods, a leading national supplier of handheld convenience products and value-added proteins, will soon provide convenience and vending consumers with greater variety in its breakfast product offerings. The company announced that it is adding new items to its Fast Bites® Breakfast Sandwiches line -- the Maple Sausage Biscuit and the Egg and Bacon Cheese Sandwich.
The Maple Sausage Biscuit features a lightly seasoned pork sausage patty sandwiched in a one-of-a-kind, home style biscuit -- tender and bursting with sweet bits of delicious maple syrup. The Egg and Bacon Cheese Sandwich includes a savory scrambled egg topped with smoky, bacon-infused American cheese, served on a hearth baked yeast roll.
AdvancePierre Foods has created these products in response to consumer demand for more sweet and savory breakfast meal options at a value price point. These butcher paper-wrapped products have a suggested retail price of two for $2.22 or $1.49 each. The new sandwiches can be offered hot to go from a sandwich warmer for up to four hours, or as a microwavable option from the cold case.

Both Fast Bites® breakfast sandwiches are available for shipment nationwide as of June 17.
