The Tri-State Automatic Merchandising Council, serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, will hold its annual meeting on June 7 and 8, 2012 at Heritage Hills Resort in York, Pa. A board of directors will be held during the annual meeting on June 7. Directors must be an employee of a company that is a current member of Tri-State Association and the National Automatic Merchandising Association.
