Editor’s Insight: This is a very interesting article about this growing class of foodservice providers, mobile food trucks.

This operator uses social media to market his services.

To protest his arrest, he parked his truck in the spot where he was arrested and gave out free product along with the phone numbers of the planning and community development office with instructions to customers to call the office on his behalf.

Local governments will find they need to have new zoning laws to accommodate this new class of foodservice operators. 08-16-11 by Elliot Maras
