State Attorney General Probes Monster Energy Beverage

Monster Beverage Corp. disclosed Thursday that it received a subpoena from an unnamed state attorney general in July as part of an investigation involving the "advertising, marketing, promotion, ingredients, usage and sale" of the Monster Energy drink brand, the Corona, Calif.-based company reported in a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, according to The Wall Street Journal.
